How to request deletion
If a MugheryDev app or service allows account creation, you can request account deletion or account assistance by emailing info@mugheryweb.com. If the app provides its own in-app deletion flow, you can use that option first.
What to include
To help identify the correct account, include as much of the following as possible:
- the name of the app, website, or service;
- the email address, username, phone number, or account identifier linked to the account;
- a short statement confirming you want deletion or account help; and
- any extra detail needed to verify account ownership where appropriate.
Response timeline
Requests are usually reviewed and responded to within 30 days, although some requests may take longer where identity checks, legal review, or technical processing are required.
What may happen after a request
Depending on the product and the kind of data involved, an account may be deleted, disabled, anonymized, or otherwise separated from identifying details. Backup copies or logs may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or safely removed as part of normal operations.
Data that may still be retained
Some data may still need to be retained if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, contract enforcement, audit obligations, or security reasons.
