Who we are
MugheryDev provides SiteClock, a workforce attendance and site operations app used by workers, supervisors, and administrators. SiteClock is designed to support sign in, profile management, clock in and clock out, breaks, attendance history, timesheets, payroll review, time off, site assignments, live location tracking for active shifts, and admin oversight and reporting.
What data SiteClock collects
Depending on role and feature use, SiteClock may process:
- full name, email address, phone number, employee ID, job title, and company or employer information;
- profile image and camera photos or selfies captured for profile images or attendance verification;
- attendance records, including clock-in, clock-out, breaks, approvals, attendance history, and timesheets;
- timestamps connected to clock-in, clock-out, breaks, reviews, and approvals;
- worksite and site assignment information;
- precise location data, including location route points or location pings while tracking is active;
- notes entered during attendance actions; and
- payroll-related and timesheet-related records used for review and administration.
Camera and photo use
Camera access in SiteClock is user-initiated. It is used when a user chooses to take a photo or selfie, such as updating a profile image or completing an attendance verification step. This policy does not describe SiteClock as continuously using the camera in the background.
Location and background location use
SiteClock uses location for clock-in and clock-out verification, active shift tracking, and background location pings while tracking is enabled. This can include location route points or periodic location records during an active shift. If a user or organization disables location access, some verification or live tracking features may not work properly.
How data is used
- to sign users in and manage profile information;
- to record attendance activity such as clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks, and attendance history;
- to support timesheets, payroll review, time off requests, approvals, and reporting;
- to verify where attendance actions happened and whether active shift tracking is enabled;
- to support site assignments, workforce oversight, supervisor review, and administrative reporting; and
- to maintain app functionality, investigate issues, provide support, and protect service integrity.
Who data may be shared with
Data may be sent to and stored by the organization's configured SiteClock backend and may be accessible to the user's employer or organization administrators. Depending on the user's role, information may also be visible to supervisors, payroll reviewers, or other authorized personnel within the organization. MugheryDev may also access limited data where needed for support, maintenance, issue investigation, legal compliance, or security.
On-device storage
Authentication tokens and small app settings are stored on-device using secure storage so the app can keep the user signed in and preserve limited local app preferences or state.
Retention
Retention periods may depend on the employer or organization operating the SiteClock backend and on legal, payroll, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. Attendance, payroll, location, and review records may be retained for different periods depending on operational and compliance needs.
User choices and rights
Users may be able to update some profile information inside the app and can manage permissions such as camera and location through their device settings. Because SiteClock often operates for an employer or organization, requests for access, correction, deletion, or account assistance may first need to go through the employer or organization administrator responsible for that SiteClock environment. Privacy questions can also be sent to info@mugheryweb.com.
Children's privacy
SiteClock is a workforce attendance and site operations app. It is not designed for children.
Changes to the policy
This policy may be updated to reflect app changes, workflow updates, or legal and operational requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
